Join us for the Brawl of the Wild!

Bring your best chili and compete for a prize of $150 or buy a square on our sports board for a chance to win up to $200 and help the Columbus High School Baseball program.

Chili Cook-off rules:

As a contestant you will be required to provide the following:

1. Someone to serve your creation.
2. Serving and heating equipment. Bring your own serving utensils.
3. Garnishes to accompany your chili at your own discretion.
4. Anything you need for cleanup.

Your chili must be cooked and preferably still warm prior to arrival. During the cooking process, chili must be kept at 170 degrees for at least one hour, and please maintain a serving temperature of 140 degrees.

Palladium Draughthaus will provide the following:

1. Power for crock pots.
2. Bowls, spoons and napkins.
3. Sample cups
4. Ballots for voting
5. Table
6. Crackers

Tasting will start at 2:00 pm.
